Meet Raymond & Leilani Flynn
The husband-and-wife team behind 321 Motor Works.
For us, 321 Motor Works started with a love of cars, family, and time spent together in the garage. But somewhere along the way, it grew into something much bigger.
We're West Coast transplants who have called the Belleville area home since 2019. Cars have always been part of our story.
Raymond grew up in California's mini-truck scene and spent years working in aircraft maintenance with the United States Air Force. These days, his passion is building, creating, and finding ways to turn an idea into something with four wheels (and occasionally enough room for the whole family).
Leilani grew up in the garage alongside her dad, surrounded by Harleys, hot rods, and eventually her own adventures from imports to hot rods. With nearly 20 years in nursing, she's spent her career caring for people, educating, and serving her community.
Different backgrounds, same love for cars—and a shared belief that some of life's best lessons happen in a garage.
But 321 Motor Works isn't just about us.
We're building the kind of garage we wish every community had. A place where knowledge is passed down, questions are encouraged, and people of all ages and experience levels feel welcome.
We want kids to remember the first time someone handed them a wrench. We want new drivers to feel confident when something goes wrong. We want people who've never worked on a car to discover that they're capable of more than they thought.
Because the skills, stories, and culture surrounding cars only continue if someone takes the time to pass them on.
That's what 321 is about. Passing it on.
